Harry wasn’t just about tractors

THE Harry Ferguson Lecture Night will be held on November 9 with special guest speaker Mr Stuart Rolt (Silverstone GB) now proud owner of the famous Ferguson F1 4x4 racing car late 1950s and 60s driven by many top names like Stirling Moss and Graham Hill.

The event will be held in Hillsborough Village Centre at 8pm on Friday November 9 and the scheduled time for a cheque presentation to the Children’s Hyperinsulinism Fund is 9pm.

Due to the cancellation of the Harry Ferguson Working Day in August this year, it has been decided to split the donations collected on the night between the Children’s Hyperinsulinism Fund and the usual Children in Need fundraising.

All are warmly welcomed to come and enjoy this remarkable history lesson and powerpoint show together with some old footage of the same car.

Harry was not always about tractors, this is amazing and will not be repeated.
