Easter Sunday Egg Painting and Rolling at the Navan Centre

Join the hunt for eggs in the Navan Centre followed by a 30 minute workshop where you can paint your own egg before walking up the hill at Navan to roll it. The Easter Sunday event will runs between 12.30pm – 4.00pm and finish with an egg and spoon race.

Easter Celebrations at the Ulster American Folk Park, Omagh, 22 – 25 March

Bring the family to experience 19th century life in rural Ulster and the pioneering of America. You will be entertained with demonstrations of traditional crafts and skills such as basket-weaving, flax-spinning and wheel-hooping. Younger visitors can meet the Easter chicks or join in the egg and spoon races. All can enjoy storytelling sessions and take a partner for a spring-time hoe-down in the Pennsylvania Barn where you can listen to the best of old-time music from Appalachia.

Easter Celebrations at the Ulster Folk & Transport Museum, Cultra, 23 – 25 March

Enjoy the Easter fun in the wonderful setting of the 1900's Ballycultra Town at the Ulster Folk and Transport Museum. This Easter will feature a wide variety of traditional activities and entertainment, including Easter egg rolling, an Easter Quiz and many other traditional family activities associated with this festival.
