BOOKMARK - WEEK EIGHT
LET'S face it, it was only a matter of time until Bookmark came good.
Last week's winning bet, the first of the season, has put a bit of wind in my sails so I'm confident that I can make it two in a row this weekend.
First off I'm backing Crusaders away from home to Armagh City. City, by all reports, seem to be the bankers for the foot of the table while the Crues will be looking to bounce back after going down 2-0 to Portadown at Seaview last weekend. They are 6/5 to win.
Ballymena should be on a high after their win against Glenavon last Saturday. However, I would imagine that Glentoran would have the upper hand against the Braidmen this time round. They're priced at 4/6.
My final pick of the week, concluding my first all Irish League treble of the season, is Newry (9/5) away to Lisburn Distillery in the first top of the table clash of the season (yes, I know, they've only played one game each this season). City are looking very strong this season and they will be in the top six this season.
