BOOKMARK - WEEK 19

I'VE been told that this week's festive Bookmark is not going to come up by the fountain of all knowledge that is Mark Weir.

But I have faith in my selection - here's hoping this Christmas bet is a cracker and not a turkey.

Firstly I've gone for Cliftonville at home to Glentoran. The Reds lead the Glens by three points in the title race and will be looking to take maximum points as Linfield will probably take all three against Glenavon. The Glens recently have started to fall away as they tend to do around this time of year. Cliftonville are 6/4.

Manchester City travel to Aston Villa this week searching for three points to maintain their Champions League push. Villa have only taken one point out of the last available nine while their opponents have only lost one of the last six, so I'm going for City at 9/4.

Championship-chasing Watford travel to Sheffield Wednesday on Saturday, having only lost one of their last six games on the road. Wednesday have lost their last two games at home and sit 17th in the table.

Backing Cliftonville, Man City and Watford will return a very festive 390 if successful - more than enough cash to do some last minute shopping with!

Prices given are only a guide. For a full pricelist visit www.toals.co.uk or their branch at Scarva Street, Banbridge.

Merry Christmas to you all!
