Dappy brings his Bad Intentions tour to Northern Ireland

DAPPY is proud to announce his Bad Intentions tour which will include a Mandela Hall date in Belfast on 27 November.

All tickets previously purchased for his postponed Belfast show are fully valid. Dappy’s debut solo album ‘Bad Intentions’ will be released via All Around The World/Island in Ireland on 28 September. Tickets are on sale now.

Dappy also unleashed the new video for his latest single ‘I’m Coming: Tarzan 2’ (Tarzan Freestyle 1 went online last year and has over three million views!), which sees him back to his hard hitting, controversial best, name checking a variety of people including Tinie Tempah, Kelly Rowland, Simon Cowell and Joe McElderry.

Dappy pulls no punches in a video which is bound to cause a stir as only Dappy can. ‘I’m Coming: Tarzan 2’ can be downloaded from ITunes now.

Recorded over the last year, the album ‘Bad Intentions’ is an extraordinary body of work. Club smashes, are peppered with soul bearing slow jams to create a confident collection of pop brilliance. The album features the No.1 smash ‘No Regrets’, ‘Rockstar’ featuring Brian May which reached No.2 this year and ‘Spaceship’ Dappy’s top 5 collaboration with Tinchy Stryder.

Created with the help of the industry’s most in demand production houses such as Fraser T Smith, SX, Nathan Retro, TMS, Dawood, Wayne Hector and Alf Millar, the album is sonic manifestation of Dappy’s personality.

Album opener ‘Good Intentions’ (released September 21st) is beautiful, haunting ballad showcasing his superlative vocals and knowing lyrics. ‘Bring It Home’ is a knockdown dance floor smash. ‘Come With Me’ featuring Margs and producers Retro & Dawood is a cool slice of electro pop/dance about enjoying a night out, meeting girls and partying. Whilst ‘Yin & Yang’ adds final blow of pop brilliance with its standout infectious chorus, “I’m looking for Miss Ride or Die.”

Dappy sold over a million albums as part of dynamite trio N-Dubz and 2012 will see him tour the UK after being dubbed a ‘livewire performer’ by The Independent at a recent show. The tour has been rescheduled from September / October to December this year and will see Dappy making stops at various key venues around the country, including Manchester Academy and Birmingham O2 Academy. With appearances at Radio 1 Hackney Weekend, T4 on the Beach, T in the Park and Mallorca Live under his belt, Dappy is also performing live in the ring moments before David Haye and Derek Chisora fight at Upton Park in front of 40,000 next month as well as heading to this year’s V Festival.

Tickets for Dappy’s Bad Intentions Tour at The Mandela Hall on 27th November are on sale now priced £18 ex booking fee from The Kitten Bar, QUB SU & all usual outlets.
