Following the huge success of last year’s Bann Youth Connections summer camp and additional activities during the year, this year’s programme will once again bring young people from diverse backgrounds together to promote friendship, respect and understanding.

The programme starting in June is targeted at young people aged 13 to 17 who are willing to interact with others to engage in peace building through an energetic summer camp and local activities before and after the residential.

Activities will include team building, creative arts and workshops exploring conflict, and diversity and much more and will be complimented with a range of social activities in the evenings.

The residential on July 4-8 will be held in Killowen Outdoor Education Centre, Rostrevor, at a mere cost of £10 which includes transport, meals and activities.

For further details please contact either Colette Ross or Dougie Treverton at Banbridge Youth Resource Centre colette.ross@eani.org.uk or derek.treverton@eani.org.uk or phone 028 40621101. Closing date for interest is May 20.
