Five new jobs have been created in the retail sector, following the opening of a new store at The Outlet.

The luxury Christy brand has opened its only outlet store in Northern Ireland in Banbridge.

Christy says it is known the “world over for trust, luxury and quality”.

Christy will introduce a stylish range of bathroom towels and bedlinen, with savings of up to 70% off the recommended retail price across the store, all with the quality that you’d expect from the Christy brand.

Store manager, Louise Stevenson said: “I am so very excited to be a part of this brand and I am looking forward to making it a huge success.

“Christy offers a stunning product range at incredibly reasonable prices.

“With new stock arriving on a regular basis, we are sure to have something to offer every taste.

“Friendly and helpful staff are always here to answer any questions and give assistannce. We look forward to seeing you all soon.”

Christy began back in 1850 when Henry Christy returned to England from Constantinople with a sample of looped fabric.

From there the first terry towel was produced.

With over 165 years’ experience in manufacturing towels, Christy has a perfect product range for every bathroom.

In more recent years Christy bedlinen has become the benchmark for quality and style, ranging from jacquards to prints, Christy bedlinen has a place in every bedroom.

The new store has created five new jobs in retail and adds to the growing homewares offering at The Outlet.
