Police issue an appeal after burglary at The Rowans

Police in Banbridge are appealing for information following a burglary in The Rowans.

Constable James Sharkey said: “Sometime between 12.55pm and 5.15pm on Thursday, 30 July, entry was gained to the rear of a house.

A sum of cash and quantity of jewellery were taken.

“The house alarm did sound for a time.

“A white 4x4 vehicle was observed in the area and we are keen to speak to the occupants of this vehicle.

“We would also like to hear from anyone who has information in relation to this incident. Police can be contacted in Banbridge on 101, quoting ref: 851 300715.”
