Arrest warrant issued over sale of a car
An arrest warrant was issued last Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court for a 51-year-old man.
Alwyn Cahoon, Oak Grove, Banbridge, faces charges of selling a car which did not belong to him on August 15, 2014, and driving while disqualified on August 20, 2014.
The court heard that there had been a history of non appearances in court by Cahoon.
His name was called and when there was no response District Judge, Mr Alan White, issued an arrest warrant.
