A Gilford man is to stand trial charged with a catalogue of serious offences.
Appearing at a Preliminary Enquiry at last week’s local court was Liam Martin Nolan (38) from Ann Street.
He is charged on dates between 27 June last and 30 June, with burglary, six counts of theft from a vehicle, theft and possession of criminal property.
A PPS prosecutor said that based on the papers before the court there was a prima facie case to answer.
Nolan said nothing in answer to the charges and he was returned for trial at Newry Magistrates Court sitting on 16 September.
