Two are bound over to keep the peace
Two people were bound over to keep the peace when they appeared last Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court.
They were Leanne Dunlop (34) and Martin Edward White (20), both of Reilly Place, Banbridge.
Both had been charged with disorderly behaviour on January 10 this year at Reilly Place. These charges were withdrawn by the prosecution after the defendants agreed to the binding over.
They were both bound over in the sum of £250 to keep the peace and be of good behaviour for 12 months.
