Woman fined for using mobile phone
A 21-year-old woman was fined £60 last Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court for using a mobile phone while she was driving.
Joanne Marie Kelly, Crowhill Road, Waringstown, was also given three points and ordered to pay a £15 offender’s levy.
The offence happened at Church Street, Banbridge, on May 6 this year.
The defendant did not appear in court but pleaded guilty by way of a letter.
