Dromore Police Station meeting rescheduled

THE February 15 public meeting -announced by police last Monday - to discuss the proposed closure of Dromore Police Station, has been postponed for a week.

Due to follow tomorrow (Wednesday)’s CPLC meeting, the closure consultation meeting will now take place on February 22, in Dromore Central Primary School; the time has yet to be announced.

Dromore Councillor Paul Rankin said, “I would urge locals to turn out in force to the Public meeting in Dromore Central PS on 22 Feb and in the meantime to call into MLA Brenda Hale’s office to obtain a consultation sheet to fill in to post to Banbridge PSNI.”
