Housing Executive keeping its tenants informed in magazine

Housing Executive tenants living in the Banbridge area are currently receiving their copy of ‘Housing News’.

The magazine for South is being delivered to some 8,000 homes across the area and features the support the Housing Executive has given to build stronger communities in Armagh, Banbridge and Lurgan as well as the innovative Sustaining Tenancies programme.

The magazine is packed full of other features on what’s been happening in the area as well as addressing important issues for tenants including the restructuring of the Housing Executive and Welfare Reform.

Housing News has lots of useful information and advice for tenants and the wider community on issues such as safety in the home, cold weather advice, condensation, home insurance, bogus callers, anti-social behaviour, avoiding debt and rent arrears.

If you are not a tenant, but would like to read Housing News, then log onto the Housing Executive’s website http://www.nihe.gov.uk/housing_news.

The magazine is also available in an audio version and large print forms.
