Charity box stolen from shop

POLICE in Banbridge are appealing for information following the theft of a charity box from a card shop on Newry Street.

The box, containing a sum of cash, was taken around 5.20pm on Wednesday, 21 November.

Police are reminding business owners to secure their charity boxes and are appealing to anyone who has information in relation to this incident to contact them in Banbridge on 0845 600 8000. If you prefer to provide information without giving your details you can contact the independent Crimestoppers charity anonymously on 0800 555 111.
