Oil theft lorry stolen from Donaghcloney

THE lorry believed to have been used in the theft of 25,000 litres of diesel oil on Thursday has been traced back to Donaghcloney.

A 30-year-old man was arrested and the vehicle was recovered at the Blaris Road early on Friday morning.

Police said the lorry is understood to have been stolen from Donaghcloney in the early hours of Thursday morning before the massive oil theft from Craigantlet Quarry at around 7am that day.
