The trio in question were Mrs Linda Edwards of the Winsdor Home Bakery in Banbridge who demonstrated superb Christmas cake decorating skills, Mr Derek Patterson, celebrity chef of The Plough Hillsborough who treated everyone to some tips for a Christmas dinner with a difference and Mrs Romaine Hodgen from Flowerworks who put together a number of amazing Christmas flower arrangements, all while you wait.

All three demonstrations were thoroughly enjoyable and supplemented by an excellent supper provided by the PTA.
