HIGH SCHOOL WIN SIXTEENTH HIGH SCHOOLS' CUP
Dromore High 15 Lisneal College 7
DROMORE High School continued their dominance in the High Schools' Cup by taking the competition for the 16th time in 18 years.
Jacques Benade's side scored three tries to their Londonderry opponents' one to take the title once again, however proceedings proved to be a tight affair.
It was the first time that Lisneal had reached the final of the competition but unfortunately the wind and rain made it difficult for either side to enjoy the day out at Ravenhill.
The wind was ultimately the deciding factor as Lisneal decided to face the gale in the first half and did well to keep Dromore down to two tries during that period.
