This week is Presidents Cup week so all games should be played and all cards returned to League Secretary Fen ASAP. After the next league games are played a results table will be published.

Stonebridge Nationals, Ladies and Junior Championships entries close on October 30.

No late entries will be accepted. All entries must be accompanied by appropriate entry fees.

It is imperative that all club secretaries make a determined effort to secure a good entry from their clubs.

Last Saturday the Inter-club Championships were played at Ballybrake Stadium Ballymoney.

West Down were represented by Tullylish, Dromore NS and St Johns Gilford.

St Johns had a tough draw against Redemer Dundalk losing the game while Dromore NS, having won their first game against Rathfriland, lost in their second game to Cookstown High School.

Tullylish progressed to the final beating Cookstown Parochial, who were last year's winners, only to be beaten by Cookstown High School.

The Tullylish Club deserves credit to have gotten this far in the competition as they played well against stiff opponents.

Finally, a reminder of the Ladies Inter-zone Competition being played this Saturday 27 at Whitecross Community Centre.

All players must please report to Harold at the centre at 1.45 sharp. If any player is having difficulty with travel please contact Harold or Fen ASAP

Players are also asked to remember that greys and whites are to be worn.
