Philip Strong enjoys PIGS day out to Holywood as he wins the competition
The P.I.G.S. golf society, based at Banbridge Golf Club, went on an outing to Holywood Lakes golfing complex last Thursday.
This is a parkland course in County Dublin featuring many lakes, large greens and the longest par five in Ireland.
Philip Strong played one of his best ever rounds.
He finished with a very impressive 38 points and he not only won the PIGS outing but also won the Holywood Lakes Open. Not a bad day at the office at all.
Fergie Cosgrove also had a round to savour.
He had 37 points and came second to Philip in both the outing and the Open.
It was a very enjoyable outing especially for Philip and Fergie.
