CHARITY members day at Temple Golf Club raised £500 for the Captain’s nominated charity .

The Captain, Peter Hunt, has choosen to donate the money to the Neurofibromatosis1 (NF1) clinic operated by the Belfast Health and Social Services Care Trust.

Dr Lisa Jeffers, who accepted the cheque on behalf of the Trust, and who specialises in genetic disorders, explained the importance of the clinic and the services it provides, which include, diagnosis, genetic counselling and co-ordinating care for patients and their families.
