Paul and Kevin lead the way in Pairs

The weather was much improved on Wednesday night for the second round of the MAC Two-Up Trophy at Banbridge Cycling Club.

Most posted quicker times in this 10 mile time-trial series for teams of two riders as a response to the better conditions.

Paul McGuckin and Kevin McAlinden posted the lowest time of the week at just 25 minutes and 11 seconds on the Rathfriland road course. They were only 28 seconds ahead of C Crangle and JP Rice, who had been quickest the week previous in the absence of this week’s leading pair.
