Dana and Live Issue join forces for charity

Eurovision Song Contest winner, Dana, and one of Northern Ireland's top Country Gospel bands, Live Issue, will be appearing together at the IMC Movie Studios in Banbridge next month in a charity concert to support Donard Special School.

The concert, which will be held on Thursday 10 November, is due to popular demand following Dana’s sell out concert at the same venue back in February 2014.

Dana shot to fame in 1970 with her Eurovision Song Contest winner, ‘All Kinds of Everything’

This song was Ireland’s first victory in the competition and Dana was declared a national hero on her return.

Live Issue are no strangers to the Banbridge area however since they reformed in 2006 they have travelled the length and breadth of the UK and Ireland as well as undertaking several very successful tours of the United States.

Live Issue has had the privilege of working with some of the top artists in Nashville and has even the notable honour of being the only Country group from Ireland to appear on the Grand Ole Opry.

The Dana and Live Issue concert begins at 7.30pm with doors open from 7pm. Tickets are £10 and are available at the box office of the IMC Movie Studios.

Tickets are also available directly from Donard Special School, on 028 4066 2357.
