Four theft charges involving a Dromore man were withdrawn last Thursday at Banbridge Magistrates Court.
Instead Sean Whelan (62), Park Hill, Dromore, was dealt with by way of a caution.
He had been charged with four thefts which took place on January 14, January 16, January 20 and January 21 last year.
Each offence was for stealing a bottle of Bushmills whiskey, valued at £11.29, from Supervalu in Dromore.
A pubic prosecutor told the court that the charges would be withdrawn without prejudice and instead a caution would be administered.
