Stevie McArdle got his second followed by a double from the lively Sean McKay.

In the final ten minutes McArdle capped a man of the match display with a cool finish to grab his first hat-trick of the season. Sub, Sean Cunningham coolly slotted the eighth and final goal with five minutess remaining.

McCourt has built a strong team with the old heads of Burns, captain McAlinden and Mark Rooney mixing with the travelled McArdle, Drainey and Gartland.
