Some said this could be a title decider, and what a game it turned out to be.

The home team started off well and moved it about well from back to front.

Harps went in front within 10 minutes with a fine strike into the bottom corner.

Banbridge then started to pick up the pace with great play by new signing Mark Feeny and Paul Walsh down the flanks. Danny Mac was bossing the midfield and linking up well with the wingers.

Harps went down to 10 men but Banbridge scored an own goal to give them a 2-0 lead.

Banbridge then pushed for a goal and got it five minutes later from a well taken header from Liam Delvin.

A bad touch from McCourt resulted in the home team scoring the 3rd goal, a 30 yard strike into the top corner.

Banbridge never gave up hope, and on the 40 minute mark, up stepped the player/manager McCourt with a 20 yard ping into the bottom Corner, 3-2 game on.

Banbridge started the second half well and had a few chances to score, but the home keeper did well to keep the home team in front.

With 70 minutes gone and Banbridge won a free kick. Walsh stepped up and put it into the bottom corner giving the keeper no chance. 3-3.

On the 87th minute a great ball was played through to Walsh, who then pulled it back for McKay to hammer it home and give the away side all 3 points.

A massive win for Banbridge YCOB. Man of the Match: Barry Nelson.
