The firsts are through to the next round of the Clarence Cup after a hard fought encounter with rivals Ballynahinch Utd.

What this match lacked in quality it made up for in passion and commitment which resulted in both teams having two men sent off. Jonathan Gregg was the hero of the day and he has now got the freedom of the Village when he popped up with the winner near the end after good play by Robert Coady.

This was a match were the squad fought for each other and showed great strength and character to get the win.

A good weekend of results for the youth teams with great results and performances put in by all the players. The 17s got a much deserved win when they beat Willowbank 3-1. Taylor Graham with 2 and Josh Gordan got their goals. This was just rewards for their hard work and effort over the last few weeks without getting the results on the pitch.

The club is always on the lookout for more coaches and volunteers to help out with theYouth Teams. For more details please contact Malcolm Hanna on 07795171825.
