DROMORE travelled to a wet Billy Neill on Saturday to take on Shankill.

Dromore started the game well and after a few minutes Josh Best went threw on goal but the keeper saved well.

Dromore then got the first goal with Daniel Williamson finishing well. Karl Teggart then got the second from the penalty spot with a cool finish into the corner.

Dromore’s midfield was on top form with Ben Stevenson, Brooklyn Tomlinson, Scott Briggs and Karl Teggart all playing really well.

The second half started and Dromore were again back on top, Adam Parker broke clear and scored Dromore’s third goal with a good finish when one on one with the keeper.

Dromore’s strong defence of Reuben Turner, Matty Crossey, Charles Cully and Benjamin Smyth were rarely troubled.

Josh Best then got the fourth with a smart finish from the edge of the box past the big keeper. Shankill got a late penalty and scored it.

Dromore’s performance was fantastic bossing the game from start to finish only for the post and Shankill goalkeeper the score would of been far greater than it was. Dromore’s next game is Banbridge Town next Saturday. Man of the match was Karl Teggart.
