THIS third round of matches in the new season saw the first game go to Kings player Gareth Burns due to a couple of mistakes by Kyle Stanfield.

Big John Malcomson took the next for Kings and a close game in the third saw Conor Burns in control as they took a third win.

Jamie McCann played some excellent pool in the next game to beat Ian Malcolmson. A quick game in the next saw Seamus O'Hare potting like Alex Higgins to win another.

Jeremy Carson played well to give Kings a 6-0 victory and the whitewash.

Square One 2

Leapogues Lads 4

Brian Currie gave away two shots at the start and from then on Willie Stewart took control and won for Leapogues Lads.

The next saw Gavin Armstrong take one back for Square One. Gary Crawford brushed Biff McVeigh aside in the third for a win for Leapogues Lads.

Wayne and Stuart Jess took the next two games for Leapogues Lads, making it 1-4.

Paddy O'Gormley took the last for Square One beating stalwart Raymond Jess.

Ulster Arms A 5

The Bridge 1

Andy Rowan doubled the black to win the first game for the Ulster Arms.

John Davenport beat Gerry Burns for a second win to make it 2-0. Danny Dugan, who is just back from Canada, took the next game for the Bridge.

Wins for Mark Ervine and M Hanna took points for the Ulster Arms and Davy Boyd took the last for a 5-1 win.
