Charged with supplying drugs

John Paul Cummings, Laurel Heights, Banbridge, appeared last Thursday at the local magistrates’ court.

It is alleged that on December 26 last year he had in possession a class A drug, cocaine, and a class B drug, cannabis, and he had the drugs with intent to supply.

Cummings is also charged with driving while unfit through drink or drugs on the same date and resisting a police constable. police officer told the court she believed she could connect the accused with the charges.

Bail was fixed at £500 until July 21.
