Man convicted in his absence for disorderly behaviour
And at the same court Niall Byrne, no fixed abode, was convicted in his absence of a disorderly behaviour offence. For this he was fined £150.
The court heard that on March 3 this year at 2.25am in William Street, Lurgan, Byrne was involved in an argument with a female. As police passed him he made a rude gesture with his finger towards them. When spoken to he made a comment about police being murderers.
