BALLYMENA’S former British Lions got their teeth into a fund-raising venture for Ballymena Academy’s Old Pupils’ Association last week.

Syd Millar, Willie John McBride and Steve Smith, all of whom pulled on the famous red jersey during their playing careers, were special guests at a rugby-themed barbecue and question-and-answer session at Eaton Park on Friday night.
